Work Process

Each Wild caught Barramundi is processed via Ike-Jime. This results is a beautifully white and pure fish thats flavour and texture is second to none.

Crab Sourcing

Matt and Shane also source some of the best quality Mudcrab in Australia. They have specifically designed crab pots that ensure the Crab are caught sustainably. The crab is some of the finest quality and sweetest flavour that can be sourced.
